How do I create my first script?

Go to Create script, tell it your idea like you'd tell a friend, pick platform and duration, and leave the formula on automatic if you're not sure which to use. In under two minutes you have the script block by block with its score. You can edit any block by hand — in fact your edits usually raise the score.

What spends scripts and what doesn't?

Accepted Answer

Generating a full script uses 1 script. Regenerating a block uses 0.25 and applying a Director proposal uses 0.25 (a full re-evaluation uses 0.5). Chatting with The Director doesn't spend scripts: it has its own monthly message cap per plan. Editing by hand, moving stages, using the teleprompter and exporting cost nothing.

I can't log into my account

Accepted Answer

You log in with your email and password at getviralhook.com/app/login. If your password isn't working, use “Forgot your password?”: we'll send a reset link to the email you signed up with. If the email doesn't arrive: check spam and promotions, make sure it's the exact email on your account, and add hola@getviralhook.com to your contacts. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us below with the exact email.

Question 4

I applied an improvement and my score dropped

Accepted Answer

It can happen: evaluation has natural variance, and sometimes a proposal improves one block but unbalances the rhythm of the whole. That's why when the score drops you get the “Revert to previous version” button — it's free and deletes nothing: it creates a new version with the previous content. Your full history is kept.

I ran out of scripts before the end of the month

Accepted Answer

Scripts renew with your billing cycle, and you always see how many you have left in the panel. If you need more sooner, you can upgrade anytime and the change is immediate — you're charged the prorated difference, not the full month.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

From Plans & pricing → Manage subscription, two clicks, no calls and no retention emails. You keep access until the end of the cycle you already paid. Charges are non-refundable because it's a digital product with immediate delivery — and we tell you clearly before you pay.

What is the Director message cap?

Accepted Answer

Chatting with The Director doesn't spend scripts, but each plan has a monthly message cap: 20 on Free, 100 on Starter, 300 on Pro, 800 on Elite and 2,000 on Agency. We warn you when you're running low. Applying proposals still spends scripts separately (0.25 per block).

Question 8

The script sounds like a robot, not like me

Accepted Answer

Set up your Voice profile: the system learns your filler words, your rhythm and your expressions and writes with them. And edit blocks by hand without fear — in our data, creator edits are what raise the score the most. You can also use Interview mode so The Director digs out your real story.

Question 9

How do I add a brand and switch the active brand?

Accepted Answer

In Brands you create each brand with its voice, industry and audience — and each one has its own separate library and pipeline. You switch the active brand from the selector in your account menu, top right; everything you generate lands in whichever brand is active. Your plan sets the cap: Starter 1 · Pro 3 · Elite 10 · Agency 50 clients.

What are the pipeline and the calendar for?

The pipeline is your production board: every script lives in a stage — idea, draft, generated, in review, approved, ready to shoot, shot, published — and you drag it between columns. The calendar puts a date on it: drag a script from the tray onto a day and stop improvising your week. Moving stages and dates spends no scripts.

What is the LIFE Wheel and who has it?

The LIFE Wheel is our personal-storytelling framework in four wheels: Love, Identity, Fitness and Earnings. As a script formula it comes with the special formats on Elite and Agency. The full Storytelling module — your own story bank plus The Director unearthing your real stories through interview — is exclusive to Agency.

How do I export my script (and which plan allows it)?

Copying the script and using the teleprompter is in every plan, free included. TXT export comes with Pro. The full export — branded PDF and DOCX — comes with Elite. And white-label (exports without GetViralHook branding, to hand to clients) is Agency's. Exporting never spends scripts.

Question 13

How do I change the language of the app and my scripts?

They're two separate things. The app language is switched with the ES/EN toggle in your account menu (and on the public site, top right); it's saved to your profile. The language of each script is chosen when you create it, in the wizard's LANGUAGE setting — the script and all its analysis come out in that language, and Spanish and English scripts can live side by side in the same account.

Question 14

The teleprompter: speed, size and shortcuts

Accepted Answer

Open any script and hit Teleprompter: dark screen, rolling text, you on camera. Controls: space or click = play/pause · ↑ and ↓ = jump by paragraph · R = restart. At the bottom you have speed (slower/faster), font size (A−/A+), horizontal and vertical mirror for glass rigs, and fullscreen. It spends no scripts and runs in the browser — no extra apps.
