No-Refund Policy

01Why there are no refunds

GetViralHook is a 100% digital product with immediate access: the moment you subscribe you get access to the service, and every script generated consumes real compute resources (AI processing) that cannot be "returned". That is why we operate a no-refund policy, which you expressly accept when you subscribe.

02All charges are final

All subscription payments — initial charges and renewals — are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes periods in which you do not use the service or do not spend your credits: the subscription pays for the availability of the service, not for consumption.

03Cancelling is easy

Cancelling is immediate and frictionless, from your billing panel, in two clicks:

• It stops all future charges.
• You keep full access until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
• There are no lock-ins, penalties or phone calls.

04Exceptions we do handle

We do handle the following (with a refund or a credit, depending on the case):

• Duplicate charges for the same period.
• Verifiable technical billing errors (for example, a charge after a cancellation confirmed before the renewal date).

Write to us at hola@getviralhook.com with your Stripe receipt and we will review it within 5 business days at most.

05Waiver of the right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content and services whose performance begins immediately with your express agreement, at checkout you consent to the immediate start of the service and waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. This acceptance is recorded together with your payment.
