01Who we are

GetViralHook ("the Service", "we", "us") is an artificial-intelligence video script generation platform operated by Yellow Film Inc. ("the Operator"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the Service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

02The Service and the nature of AI

GetViralHook generates scripts, assessments (scorecards), variants and related material using artificial-intelligence models. Regarding that nature, we state the following clearly:

• The content is generated by an AI from your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing it and for the use you make of it, including publishing it on any platform.
• We do not guarantee results: no views, no "virality", no audience growth, no revenue. Scorecards are the system's editorial estimates, not performance predictions.
• What we do undertake to provide is the operation of the Service with reasonable diligence.
• AI may produce errors or inaccurate content. Verify facts, claims and mentions before publishing.

03Accounts, workspaces and roles

The Service is multi-user: an account may belong to one or more workspaces with different roles (for example owner, editor or viewer), each with different permissions depending on the plan purchased.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
• The workspace owner is responsible for whom they invite and for the permissions they grant.
• Each seat (user) is personal: see "Prohibited uses" regarding account sharing.

04The credit system

Plans include a monthly allowance of generation credits:

• Generating a complete script consumes 1 credit; smaller operations (improvements, re-scoring, variants) may consume fractions, as indicated in the product.
• Credits renew every month with your billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
• Credits have no monetary value; they are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.

05Intellectual property

• Your scripts are yours. The content you generate with the Service belongs to you and you may use it commercially without attribution.
• The software, the structure formulas, the assessment systems, the internal prompts, the design and the GetViralHook brand are the property of the Operator.
• You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

06Prohibited uses

The following is not permitted:

• Reselling, sublicensing or sharing access to the Service (including sharing credentials between individuals in order to circumvent seat limits).
• Scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorized automated access.
• Attempting to extract, reconstruct or exfiltrate the system prompts, the internal formulas or the models.
• Generating content that is unlawful or defamatory, that infringes third-party rights, or that violates the policies of the platforms where you publish it.
• Using the Service to develop a competing product.

Breach entitles us to suspend or terminate the account (section 08).

07Subscription and billing

• The Service is purchased as a monthly subscription with automatic renewal, processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may change upon reasonable prior notice; the change applies from the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
• All charges are final. Our No-Refund Policy applies, which you expressly accept at checkout.

08Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable, or immediately in the event of serious abuse, fraud or risk to the Service or to third parties.
• You may terminate your account at any time; termination does not give rise to refunds for periods already charged.
• Following termination you may request the export of your scripts for a reasonable period (see the Privacy Policy regarding retention).

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is"; we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or loss of audience) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service; and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited, nor the non-waivable consumer protections of your country of residence.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the change is material, we will give reasonable prior notice by email or within the product. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date always appears at the top of this page.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without prejudice to the non-waivable protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence; where the law requires terms more favorable to you, the law prevails.
